Bodega Luzdivina Amigo2003 BaloiroType: Young red Tasting Notes: Dusty cocoa and tar with beautiful notes of blueberries, cherry pie, licorice and violet candy. Red fruit stands out against the earthy notes. The palette is verdant and spicy reflecting the savory herbal notes in the nose. Medium weight with great tannins. Other Notes: Baloiro is produced from 50 year-old vineyards that lie on a slight slope with deep alluvial soils comprised of granite and slate. 400 cases made. 100% Mencia.
