Type: White - barrel fermented

Tasting Notes: Apricots, peaches, nectarines and green apple find room in the nose with additional highlights of roses. Higher toned than the Garnacha Blanca showcasing abundant bright fruit a wonderful mouth feel and a finish of golden raisins. Elegant!

Other Notes: Unique and amazing!  Pedro Ximenez is most well known as a sherry grape however; once again the incredible duo works their magic to make the only still PX in Spain. (Some say PX is related to Riesling.)  Cold maceration in new French oak and stainless steel for about 18 hours then handled minimally.  Limited production of 250 cases produced!
