Type: Rosado

Tasting Notes: This beautiful rosado delivers surprising aromas of kumquat, tangerine, clove, verbena and other spices on the nose with a touch of earthiness.  On the palate the wine is soft but crisp and refreshing with notes of tangerine and orange peel.  (TS)

Other Notes: Made with free run juice, from Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) 85% and Albillo 15%, a variety indigenous to Ribera del Duero. The grapes are harvested by hand in 15kg cases. Fermentation takes place at a carefully controlled temperature of 18ºC over a period of 2 weeks.
